Personal & Single-Classroom Use License

All Toadstool Table resources are licensed for personal, homeschool, and single-classroom use by the original purchaser unless otherwise stated in the product description.

This license is non-transferable and does not grant resale, redistribution, or commercial rights.

You May

Print and use the resources with your own children, students, homeschool group, or single classroom.
Save the files to your own device for personal or classroom use.
Print multiple copies for use within your own household or classroom.
Use printed materials for tabletop pretend play, preschool centers, small group activities, independent invitations to play, homeschool activities, or dramatic play areas.
Share photos of the printed materials in use, as long as the digital files are not shared, copied, or made downloadable.

You May Not

Share, email, upload, or post the digital files online.
Upload the digital files to social media, websites, school shared drives, Google Drive, Dropbox, Facebook groups, or file-sharing platforms for others to access.
Sell, resell, redistribute, or give away the digital files.
Sell printed copies, laminated pieces, classroom kits, or any physical products made from the files.
Alter, adapt, trace, translate, or remake the resources and claim them as your own.
Use the artwork, text, or designs to create your own digital products, printable resources, classroom decor, clip art, design assets, or commercial products.
Use Toadstool Table materials in any paid product, course, membership, subscription, or service for profit without written permission.

Copyright & Ownership

All content — including illustrations, photos, text, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Toadstool Table and its owner and is protected under copyright law.

Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership. You are granted a limited license to use the materials according to these terms.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Technology Notes

You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct software and tools to open, print, and use the files. Toadstool Table is not responsible for technical issues beyond delivering the file.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We follow reasonable safeguard practices to help keep accounts secure, but we cannot guarantee complete security.
