By accessing or using the Toadstool Table website, or by purchasing something from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content—including illustrations, photos, text, and design—is the intellectual property of Toadstool Table. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit permission.

Licensing & Permitted Use

All Toadstool Table products are protected by copyright. When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a license to use the digital file, not ownership of the artwork itself. All licenses are granted to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

The permitted use of each product depends on the license type listed in the product description.

Design Assets (Seamless Files & Clip Art)

Personal Use License

Included with purchase unless otherwise stated.

You may:

Use the files for personal creative projects
Print for personal use or gifts
Use in personal educational or craft projects

You may not:

Sell items made using the files
Share, resell, or redistribute the digital files
Upload files to websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms
Use the artwork in any commercial product or service

Small Business Commercial License

Available as an optional add-on where offered.

This license allows:

Use of the artwork in physical or flattened end products for sale (flattened end products are finished items where the artwork cannot be extracted or reused as a digital file)
Use by one small business under one brand name
Sale of up to 1,000 total end products

This license does NOT allow:

Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital files
Creating new digital products using the artwork
Use in print-on-demand (POD) services
Uploading files to stock websites or marketplaces
Claiming the artwork as your own

This license applies to one Toadstool Table design asset unless otherwise stated.

Always Prohibited

Redistributing or reselling the digital files in any form
Offering the artwork as part of a digital bundle
Using the artwork to create competing digital products

Violation of these terms may result in license revocation without refund.

Copyright & Ownership

All content — including illustrations, photos, text, and design — is the intellectual property of Toadstool Table and its owner, and is protected under copyright law. Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership; you are granted a limited license to use these materials according to these terms.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Technology Notes

You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct software and tools to open and use the files. Toadstool Table is not responsible for technical issues beyond delivering the file.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We follow reasonable safeguard practices to help keep accounts secure, but cannot guarantee complete security.

Toadstool Table products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our products. You assume all responsibility for their use.

Updates to Terms

Any new features or tools that are added to the current store will also be subject to the Terms of Service. From time to time, these Terms of Use may be updated. The most current version will always be posted on this page.

Right to Refuse Service

Toadstool Table reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit sales at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where we suspect misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at our discretion. If a product you purchased becomes unavailable, we will provide an alternative or work together to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Toadstool Table is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All products are provided “as is.”

Errors & Omissions

We make every effort to ensure our products descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or products without notice if we believe these Terms have been violated or for any other reason at our discretion.
